Armadillo 3 Holes Grip

Ideal use for any kind of grip exercises like Pull Ups, Toes To Bar, Ring Muscle Ups, Dumbbell-Kettlebell-Barbell Graping.

NOT suggested to use with fingers out of the holes (Gorilla grip) !

It is made of special patented diamond fabric with:

• 2,25mm fat,
• of maximum resistance,
• hard on the outside,
• soft to the touch on the inside,
• not very flexible because it is designed for hevy workouts.

My Grip Size:

1-The first thing you need is a ruler or something to measure your hand.

2-Take the measurement from the wrist to the fingers.

3- For the Armadillo 3 Hole grips that protects  the hand and NOT the finger you choose between mark 1 size chart
