It is great speed rope for competing or daily jumping.

This speed rope rope comes with 2 cables :

1) 2.5mm Steel wire with Black PVC cover

2) 2mm Stainless Steel wire 

Comes with 3 aluminium clips so that you can adjust the length of the wire according to your height

A Split Ring Opener is included so that you can easily change between steel wires!
